Streszczenie

Najważniejszym wskaźnikiem związanym z rokowaniem dla wszystkich przeszczepionych zębów w aspekcie ich jak najdłuższej obecności w jamie ustnej jest dobry stan włókien ozębnej. Wynikiem tego jest brak objawów postępującej resorpcji korzenia. Nie ma jednak jednoznacznego określenia kryteriów pozwalających ocenić skuteczność leczenia metodą autotransplantacji zęba. Autorzy poszczególnych prac stosują różne kryteria oceny powodzenia zabiegu, co bardzo utrudnia porównywanie wyników i obiektywną ogólną ocenę skuteczności tej chirurgicznej metody leczenia braków zębowych. W pracy przedstawiono różne poglądy dotyczące sposobów oceny wyników autotransplantacji zębów, jak również zaprezentowano kryteria oceny skuteczności tej metody leczenia, które zastosowano w badaniach własnych. Praca ma na celu ułatwić lekarzom stomatologom ustalanie rokowania dla przeszczepionych przez nich zębów i jednocześnie stanowi propozycję ujednolicenia kryteriów powodzenia w tych zabiegach. Prawie dziesięcioletnie doświadczenie kliniczne autorki w przeprowadzaniu autotransplantacji zębów potwierdza przydatność przedstawionego sposobu ich oceny.

Abstract

The most important parameter related to prognosis for autotransplanted teeth by meaning their proper function in the oral cavity, is a good condition of periodontal fibers which results in lack of signs of progressive root resorption. There are no common criteria specified for an evaluation of the effectiveness for autologous tooth transplantation treatment though. Different authors use different criteria for success rate evaluation, which complicates reliable comparison of the results and general objective evaluation for that kind of surgical approach for dental lack of treatment. In this paper different opinions related to methods of evaluation of tooth autotransplantation effectiveness, as well as those which were used by author itself in her studies, were presented. The aim of this paper was to facilitate the dentists establishing the prognosis for transplanted teeth. It also constituted suggestion for unification of success criteria in those procedures. Almost ten years of clinical experience in tooth autotransplantation confirmed usefulness of the described evaluation scheme.
